The MEM couture collection for the next autumn and winter is designed and produced by the inspiration of metamorphosis of the legendary diva Marlene Dietrich. This might not been obvious at first sight - what Eric Maj and Matjaz wanted catch is her immortal energy of fatalism. An image making - which was her own aphrodisiac, her own way of life.

The collection of clothing and accessories is made of the finest natural fabrics, from different types of silk to woolen materials such as tartan and tweed. The main purpose of the designers was to put heavy and light materials together into a kind of symbiosis, which is been spiced with high heels and narrowed waist that gives the silhouette of sand clock. Furthermore, they added sophisticatedly patterned stockings made of cotton.
